Almost4Minds Logistics and Transportation is raising funds to provide safe, reliable transportation for individuals with HIV that are not covered by grant funds, including rides to diaper banks, transportation for those who are newly diagnosed and don't have transportation and are not yet signed up for available grant-funded transportation, and rides for those who have fallen out of care to help reconnect them to their case management and insurance.
